Project in progress. Large-format mud-set in a luxury residential building, with takeoffs by plan sheet and administration of estimates, CORs, and progress draws alongside the GC.

The old flooring and the master bathroom finishes came out completely. Twelve days later the house was handed over, baseboard on and cleaned up. The price was set at the start and it didn't move.
